1. Services Provided
Cleaning by Aval offers professional cleaning services, including:
Post-construction cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Deep cleaning
Short-term rental turnover cleaning
Office and commercial cleaning
Services are available within our designated service areas in Florida. Availability may vary based on schedule, property type, and location.
2. Booking & Cancellations
You may book services via our website, phone, or SMS. A valid service address, contact information, and appointment time must be provided.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, or other approved methods.
Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future services.
Prices are quoted based on the size of the property, condition, and scope of work. Additional charges may apply for excessive clutter, biohazards, or services beyond the agreed scope.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
Safe and accessible property entry
Running water and electricity
No aggressive pets or hazardous environments
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation or additional charges.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address the issue at no extra charge. After 24 hours, re-cleans or refunds may not be honored.
6. Limitation of Liability
We take every precaution to clean your property with care. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Fragile items not disclosed before service
Losses due to client negligence or misrepresentation
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service in question.
7. SMS and Communication Policy
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Cleaning by Aval for appointment updates, confirmations, and promotional offers.

We respect your privacy and never share your number with third parties for marketing.
8. Website Usage
You agree not to misuse our website or its content. All text, graphics, and logos are the property of Cleaning by Aval and may not be used without written permission.
